I ordered a pizza through this app and it did not turn up, my order number was 9918153. I have no way of working out how to get this refunded on the app. Clearly doesn’t work and need to know how to progress a refund
Ordered something and the cafe closed. They refused order on their end but I was still charged and give no refund. Unable to find a way to contact order yoyo that anyone replies on, ignores all emails and unable to find a phone number. Will not be using these people again. Disgraceful service. Order number 11816777 if anyone sees this can I get a refund.

Best thing about this service is working with josh he hard working down to earth nothing ever to much he work fast to get us live on a deadline and. Design it all. So happy with the end product

Excellent provider! Commission is very fairly priced and much better than JustEat or UberEats. We’ve seen excellent growth in the short time we’ve been with yo-yo. The customer service provided by our account manager Josh is amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, he is both personable and professional and always on hand to help. Can’t praise him enough. I would definitely recommend OrderYoyo.
I signed up with orderyoyo as a restaurant - sounds like ok at the beginning but they are useless - even though they said they will give free google ad for 3 months , i started see charges on invoices, right after 15 days they called and said they couldn't provide delivery service for my region anymore ( only received 1 order in 15 days ) and i cancelled the contract but they are still sending me silly google service invoices. Their area manager confirmed via email that i was not gonna pay the invoices and i should ignored them, but still having invoices even after 4 months i have given their pos machines back - so i sent an final email to support - lets see what is going to happen - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - LOOKS LIKE FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM IT
Excellent provider! We initially joined in the first lockdown with one restaurant, we now have 6 of our restaurants signed up! Commission is very fairly priced and much better than JustEat or UberEats as all customer traffic is directed via our website/google/Facebook etc. We’ve seen excellent growth across the board and the customer service provided by our account manager Josh is second-to-none. Nothing is too much for him (and the support team as well). The company is still growing and we look forward to seeing what developments come next.
Joshua was really helpful from word go. Nothing to much and. Technological issues were sorted straight away and he is allways at the end of the phone
i ordered food from Fast Food in blackley manchester thru order yoyo it took almost 2 hours to arrive 1st time and last time of using shocking isnt the word driver said to busy

Very poor service.
Requested a refund, the Chinese were rude kept hanging up on me wouldn’t accept my food wasn’t cooked properly.
This company won’t give a refund even though I paid them because the Chinese said no. The Chinese told me to contact the company then won’t offer refund!
Horrible lucky dragon in york! Do not go there or use this company!!!
I really love the idea that restaurants are not charged an extortionate charges which they have to relay to their customers but not fond of service falling short. Out of 5 deliveries only 1 of those has ever been on time, I don’t believe this to be the restaurants fault but possibly the lack of drivers in the local area. Waiting nearly two hours for for lunch ordered at 12.10 is not acceptable and a complete waste of time. I could have prepared and my own food within this time. I’ve contacted OrderYOYO and they are rude and lack customer courtesy however ensuring that they inform that they do not run the delivery service only the app and the platform. Disappointed that the delivery has taken so long and the customer support from OrderYOYO is so poor!!
